Sample: Harbor Bowl Signs 25-Unit Development Agreement for Texas Expansion

Fast-casual poke concept Harbor Bowl has signed a 25-unit development agreement with a multi-unit operator group to bring the brand to Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston over the next five years.

Dallas, TX

Harbor Bowl, the fast-casual poke and grain bowl franchise, today announced a 25-unit development agreement with Lone Star Restaurant Partners, a multi-unit operator group with more than 40 restaurants across Texas.

The agreement covers Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, with the first locations expected to open in late 2027. The deal marks Harbor Bowl’s largest single development commitment since it began franchising.

“Texas has been at the top of our expansion list, and finding an operator with Lone Star’s depth of experience made this the right moment,” said the brand’s chief development officer.

Harbor Bowl now has more than 120 locations open or in development across 14 states.

This is a sample release for site design and will be removed before launch.
