Brightway Home Services, a multi-brand home services franchisor, today named Dana Whitfield as chief operating officer.
Whitfield joins from a national residential services brand, where she led field operations for more than 400 franchise locations. At Brightway, she will oversee franchisee onboarding, field support and operational performance across all brands.
“Dana has spent two decades making franchisees more successful, and that is exactly the focus we need as we grow,” said Brightway’s chief executive officer.
Brightway recently surpassed 300 territories awarded across the United States and Canada.
